Refund & Return Policy – GardenCareDubai.com

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns or refunds if the product is:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND

  • Reported within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, contact us via info@gardencaredubai.com or +971 50 198 2200 with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Live plants showing natural variation, minor transit effects (e.g., slight wilting, soil disruption)

  • Opened bags of soil, fertilizer, or used consumables

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products not in their original condition and packaging

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

  • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Replacements:

  • Eligible issues will be resolved with a free replacement, depending on stock availability.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.

Return Pickup:

  • For approved returns, we will arrange free pickup within the UAE.
