Return Eligibility:
We accept returns or refunds if the product is:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND

Reported within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

Live plants showing natural variation, minor transit effects (e.g., slight wilting, soil disruption)

Opened bags of soil, fertilizer, or used consumables

Customized or made-to-order items

Products not in their original condition and packaging
Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
Replacements:

Eligible issues will be resolved with a free replacement, depending on stock availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.
Return Pickup:

For approved returns, we will arrange free pickup within the UAE.
