Shipping Policy

• Order Processing:
  Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday (excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

• Delivery Coverage:
  We deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

• Delivery Timelines:
  Delivery is completed within 1–3 business days based on location and product availability.

• Shipping Fees:
  Free shipping on all orders above AED 800. Orders below AED 800 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

• Courier & Tracking:
  We work with trusted logistics partners and provide tracking numbers when available.

• Delivery Attempts:
  Two delivery attempts are made. If both attempts fail, the order may be cancelled, and a partial refund (excluding delivery fees) issued.

• Note:
  No international shipping at this time.
